Lori Valyou
Senior Managing Director - Operations
Lori brings extensive experience in corporate governance, operations, finance, and human resources to Rock Pine Partners. Her mission is to ensure the team has the training, tools, and resources necessary to deliver exceptional results and support clients at the highest level of quality. She leads internal operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and risk management, enabling the firm to maintain the highest delivery standards.
Lori’s career includes leadership roles at AT&T and Walsh America/PMSI, along with nearly a decade as a high-performing consultant at Andersen Consulting and Accenture. Recognized for her consulting excellence, she specialized in financial services and banking, consistently delivering outstanding results and helping clients achieve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth. Her ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and align resources with strategic goals has been instrumental in driving success for both clients and internal teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University at Albany. Her dedication to operational excellence and her strategic approach to governance and compliance are key drivers of Rock Pine Partners’ ability to deliver lasting value and measurable results for its clients.

Greg Valyou
Senior Managing Director - Client Solutions
Greg Valyou is the strategic engine behind Rock Pine Partners. A trusted CxO, advisor, consultant, and leadership coach, he is known for delivering high-impact outcomes for startups, Global 500 companies, and government organizations. He specializes in architecting and executing large-scale reinvention strategies that elevate performance, resolve operational challenges, and unlock long-term enterprise value.
As part of his journey, Greg has played a leading role in multiple exits, acquisitions, and equity events totaling nearly $1B. He has built, prepared, and positioned several companies for successful acquisition, led due-diligence efforts, and helped maximize both exit outcomes and post-integration value. Driven by a personal mission to empower leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive through change, Greg has authored 50+ articles and publications on strategy, AI, innovation, and leadership, including the 2019 Barnes & Noble–published book Artificial Intelligence – Get Ready for Tomorrow. He also speaks frequently at industry events, sharing practical insights on how to navigate and capitalize on disruption and shape the future with confidence. Greg continually invests in his learning and growth through advanced degrees, diplomas, certifications from leading universities, and executive programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany and an OM-MBA from the University at Buffalo. Greg has also completed executive certification and diploma programs at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Additionally, Greg is also a certified PMP and PSM and has completed more than 40 courses and certifications through SAP and Workday. Despite these accomplishments, Greg remains a humble leader — and is likely a bit uncomfortable reading this introduction.
