The company wanted to increase sales by providing customers, merchants, and partners with access to new and innovative financial products and services, consolidate and standardize global business processes onto a common platform, and lower operating costs.


Led vital areas of the design, development, and global rollout of a new high volume (approx. 4 billion transactions per yr.), multi-currency, financial settlement, and reporting system.

Worked with key stakeholders accross the globe to understand current business processes, gather requirements, create and manage the development plan, implement organizational change management, knowledge transfer, and roll out the new platform.

The transformational system standardized business processes, rules, and regulations by consolidating nearly a dozen non-integrated regional systems into a single global platform.


The global project successfully went live on time and within budget, establishing a new common business framework. It allowed the release of many new product and service offerings, improved settlement cycle time, decreased the total number of customer support agents, reduced fraud, and created many operational efficiencies that translated into superior service, significant cost savings, and increased monitoring and security controls.
